Array Software's User Group Community

Here at Array Software, we know that our customers are a creative, dynamic group of people looking for the best ways to solve
problems and develop innovative solutions. We encourage Array Software users to share with each other, because nobody
wants to recreate the wheel! We have established two methods for information-sharing and discussion: the Array ListServ
(modeled after Meditech's "L") and periodic User Group Meetings.

Array ListServ -- Array Software's ListServ, or the “A-List”, is a email-subscription forum for our customers to use to pose
questions, offer advice, and generally share information, challenges and triumphs with others who use our software. It is a
sharing and caring community, and is open to all current Array Software customers who license
TASK+, DTS+, RDM+,
TRACK+, or VG+ for Meditech Magic® HCIS, or StreamTask for Update Management and StreamTask V.2 for Task
Management

User Group Meetings -- We have traditionally held User Group Meetings in conjunction with other events, primarily at
regional MUSE conferences. The excitement and energy generated from people talking face to face with each other and
sharing stories is invaluable, especially when customer suggestions result in product refinements and enhancements down
the road. As MUSE has reduced or eliminated some of their smaller conferences and tightened the schedules of the ones they
still offer, our opportunities for “in person” User Group Meetings have diminished. We look forward to coordinating “virtual” User
Group Meetings and anticipate these meetings will provide a cost-effective method for sharing stories, ideas and feedback in
real time, with the hopes that more people can participate in these budget-friendly meetings. Please use the link below to join
