Array Software Customer Training Resources
Here at Array Software, we value our customers not just as sites that use our software, but as people with problems to solve.
We feel that the better prepared our customers are to use our software, the more value they get from their investment. Our
training services fall into 3 categories:
1. On-site Training -- A representative from Array Software will work with you and other staff to prepare for the
implementation of our software. This includes several telephone meetings, culminating in an on-site visit to your facility, to do
hands-on training with end users, and to be right there with you as you flip the switch and go LIVE. This Product Launch visit is
usually two days, and is included in the cost of the software license -- all you pay for is travel expenses.
Clients sometimes request us to come on site for training or other work that is not associated with the initial launch of our
product. For example, maybe there has been significant staff turnover at your facility; you have just learned when your next
Meditech update is scheduled, and you'd like the new people to learn how to use DTS+ or StreamTask+ for Update
Management. We are happy to come on-site and conduct training. There is a charge for this type of training, plus

2. Remote Training -- We frequently conduct remote training sessions with staff at hospitals for a variety of purposes,
including refresher training when a product hasn't been used in a while, key contact training when a former key contact at the
hospital leaves, or to provide guidance in implementing our tools in ways not previously used at a particular site. We use
GoToMeeting® for our remote training and demonstrations, which allows for easy sharing of desktops and applications and in

3. Webcast Training Events -- Array Software provides periodic Training Webcasts on subjects that we feel will have a
widespread appeal to users of our software. These events focus on specific Array applications, and we send invitations to these
events to our customers who license the software that we will be focusing on. These webcasts are free of charge, and usually
run about an hour. Seating per session is limited, and we frequently add sessions to accommodate all who want to attend.
