At Array, we are fortunate to have an outstanding level of customer loyalty. Many of our customers have been with us since our founding over thirty years ago. "New" customers are often "old" customers who have moved to new organizations and want to bring our products and relationships with them. We believe this loyalty comes from our dedication to supporting each customer personally and our consistency in being there for our customers.

When an organization licenses our software, we go on site to your hospital, to train you and your staff. We introduce you to our products by showing you how they work in your own environment, not in an online manual. We answer your initial questions when we’re with you – and later, when you call us.

Our customers are large and small; domestic and international; stand-alone and part of large systems. We have over 300 customers in the United States, Great Britain, Canada and South Africa – from 20-bed community hospitals to large hospital chains to entire provincial healthcare systems. The diversity of our customers reflects the scalability of our products and the personal approach we bring to each of their unique situations.

The screens are all customizable since they are CDSs. There really hasn't been anything that we haven't been able to do in TASK+. We use the paging/MOX interface as well as the caretaker piece. When there are issues with the system, such as space, we are paged. If one of the interfaces goes down or gets behind, we have an NPR report that sends a message to the Caretaker. Once it is on the caretaker, Task Plus takes over and will page the appropriate staff. We have the system page the techs for certain task types. This way they do not have to worry about what new tasks have come in. They work off of their pagers at times.—this piece is also in the Interfaces section (MTC) Our Engineering, Employee Health and Home Health departments utilize this system as well for their own purposes."
