Our initial training begins an ongoing relationship with our customers that can last for years, even decades. When our customers have questions, they call us, we answer the phone, we listen and we help – either by working through a solution with you or helping you use the software to find your own solutions. When we are in the area, we call and visit – whether you’re in New Mexico or Newfoundland.
